- Description
- The contractor, working under the direction of the OPIC Audit Committee, or its appointed designee, will assess, develop and implement a detailed audit plan for OPIC and all functions related to the Direct Loan Program. All work must follow the analysis and documentation guidelines developed by the CFO Council in July 2005, the Implementation Guide for OMB Circular A-123, Management Responsibility for Internal Control, Appendix A, Internal Control over Financial Reporting, along with guidelines established by the GAO, Internal Control Management and Evaluation Tool, August 2001, and Standards for Internal Control in the Federal Government, November 1999.
