- Fats & Bones Removal Services, BARKSDALE Commissary, 1265 TWINING DRIVE, BARKSDALE AFB, LA, 71110-6290 and FORT POLK commissary, 830 COLORADO STREET, FORT POLK, LA, 71459-0925. The Period of Performance will be for a base period of July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009 and will include four one-year option periods that may extend performance through June 30, 2013. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about March 27, 2008, with a tentative closing date of April 15, 2008. Anticipated award date is May 30, 2008. This procurement is being issued as unrestricted. Multiple awards may be made. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 311613 and the business size standard is 500 employees. This RFQ will be available on www.fedbizopps.gov under ODA (Other Defense Agencies). Potential offerors are encouraged to use this web site to obtain a copy of this RFQ.
