- Description
- The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission?s (NRC) intends to issue a Commercial Item, Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Delivery Order Contract, with a period of performance of five (5) years. The proposed effective start date is July 1, 2008. The minimum ordering requirement under this effort is $280,000.00. The maximum ordering requirement under this effort is $880,000. The title of this project is ?NRC Issuances and Indexes?. The services required by the NRC under this effort is for a contractor to provide timely and complete preparation for camera-quality copy and an electronic version of the monthly issuances, including quarterly and semiannual indexes, and six-month issuances of the Commission, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards, the Administrative Law Judges, Director?s Decisions, and Decisions on Petitions for Rulemaking. This contract requires completion of five (5) years of monthly issuances, ten (10) quarterly and ten (10) cumulative semiannual indexes, preparation of the Tables of Contents for six-month hardbound editions, preparation of ten (10) computer tapes of the cumulative semiannual indexes, preparation of ten (10) PDF versions of the six-month hardbound editions, preparation of sixty (60) PDF versions of the monthly issuances, and a compilation of Indexes for five (5) years of Issuances.
