- Arcata Associates, Inc. (Arcata/UNITeS) is seeking sources for information only on ?how to measure network traffic latency, jitter, packet loss and traffic accounting? per the SOW presented below. The information obtained will be used by Arcata/UNITeS for planning and acquisition strategy development. No information or questions received will be posted to any website or public access location. This RFI is being used to obtain information for planning purposes only and Arcata/UNITeS does not presently intend to award a contract at this time. The submitted RFI should provide a detailed solution including a cost model detailing fixed costs and variable costs associated with the solution proposed.
