Description: The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest to lease approximately 7,000 usable square feet of office space in Rio Rancho, NM for the Social Security Administration. Existing space or build-to-suit facility is to be located within the following delineated area: north boundary-US Highway 550; south boundary-Enchanted Hills Boulevard NE; east boundary-State Highway 528; west boundary-Sprint Boulevard NE.
