- Description
- The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) seeks to lease a sufficient amount of contiguous rentable square feet of office space to result in approximately 27,000 usable square feet, in a Class A or Class B office building in the southern suburban area of Boston, Massachusetts. The FDIC has an existing Area Office in Braintree, Massachusetts. The selection process for this requirement will consider total costs of relocation and other factors. To be eligible for consideration for the new lease, a landlord must demonstrate, before lease award, that the building satisfies the requirements of the Standards of Seismic Safety for Existing Federally Owned and Leased Buildings-ICSSC RP-6.
