- The purpose of this Amendment is to remove the DD524 and the security clearance requirement from the RFQ. Contractors are no longer required to have a security clearance to meet this requirement. The contractor awarded this requirement will need to notify NWDC in advance of arrival and NWDC will facilitate their visits via notification to the main gate and facility visitor badges. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
