- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to negotiate a firm fixed-price purchase order for the design, fabrication, and testing of hull fittings, inserts, hydrostatic test fixtures, et al. Requirement is in conjunction with the NSWCCD's "Underwater Explosion" (UNDEX) qualification tests of the "Periscope Universal Hull Packing" (PUHP). Contractor Personnel with Classified Clearance at the CONFIDENTIAL level are required per FAR 52.204-2. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Agency. A firm fixed price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures is anticipated. To assist in evaluating the technical requirements, interested vendors shall provide a description of their company's profile with response to the Request for Quotation N00167-08-T-0087.
