- This is a requirement for twelve Data Radio Modems, manufacturer part number GPDE-6085-104-00, Gemini pd+mobile, 35w, 800mhz, with gps (43.2 kbps cable/programmed for Monterey County Sherriffs Office @ 9600; and associated cable, manufacturer part n umber cc-c591r-020, 20 ft. right hand shielded rs232. Prior to delivery, the radios must be programmed for integration into an existing communications network between the Presidio of Monterey Police Department, Monterey County Dispatch and the Justice Dep artment. The Directorate of Contracting, Presidio of Monterey, California, intends to sole source as a brand name only and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The associated North American Industry Classification Code for this solicitation is 334220 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 17 March 2008 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.fbo.gov.
