- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for a recurring service established under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA); proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number F671001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-24. This solicitation is set aside for small business; the associated NAICS code is 711130 and small business size standard is $6,500,000.00. This BPA is for the services of the McChord AFB Catholic Choir Director; period of performance is 6 April 2008 to 6 April 2013. The Performance Work Statement covers further information regarding duties, qualifications, and other aspects of the agreement.
