- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and in accordance with procedures described in FAR part 13.1., as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA4803-08-Q-A035 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-23, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DCN) 20080124 and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2007-0823.For informational purposes the North American Industry Classification System code is 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. This acquisition is set-aside 100% Small Business.
