- The VA Montana Healthcare System (MHCS) Medical Center, located at 3687 Veterans Drive, Fort Harrison, Montana intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Pheonix Construction, 102 Dunbar, Suite 100, Helena, MT 59602 under the authority of Public Law 109-461, which allows the Department of Veterans affairs to sole source contracts to veteran owned small businesses if the anticipated contract value is less than $5,000,000. The estimated project range is $100,000 - $250,000. The contractor will furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to prep a site for an MRI modular building, as indicated by the contract specifications and drawing, at VA Montana Healthcare System, Fort Harrison, located at 3687 Veterans Drive, Fort Harrison, MT 59636.
