- This announcement is to clarfy the quantity of optional aircraft. Funding for the optional aircraft may come via a Congressional supplemental fund cite. The timing of the funding may come in CY 08 or CY 09. Accordingly, the optional quantity is only for up to five aircraft not ten (5 CY 08 + 5 CY 09). The remaining optional aircraft are for replacement aircraft if required.
