Description
PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this request. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 13. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) #E005950, the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) #2005-24. The solicitation is under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334119 and the Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees. This will be a Firm-Fixed price solicitation. The Governments? requirement is for brand name (Tote Vision) or equal for 200 each 20? LCD Monitors with the following salient characteristics: 1) BNC Input and Out Connectors; 2) Response Time of 16 Milliseconds or Better ? Rising/Falling; 3) Shall have Nine-Pin Input Component; 4) Shall have Built-In Stereo Speakers; 5) 3-Watts Per Channel or Better; 6) Contract Ratio 500 to 1 or Better; 7) Brightness Reading of 500 NIT or Better; 8) Resolution of 800 x 600 or better. If an equal product is proposed, then the quote shall include the product specifications to show that it is an ?equal? product. Quotes shall include all shipping costs as applicable. All deliveries under this requirement shall be FOB Destination. The provision at FAR Clause 52.l212-1, Instructions to Offerors (NOV 2007) and addendum are incorporated into this solicitation. Addendum to 52.212-1, Modify: (b) Submission of offer(s) is to read as follows: Submit offers electronically to karen.smith4@ic.fbi.gov. FAR Clause 52.212-2, Evaluation of-Commercial Items (JAN 1999) ? Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of quotes meeting or exceeding the salient characteristics. FAR Clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (NOV 2007) is incorporated. Contractors may submit their online Representations and certifications Application (ORCA) at the following government portal: http://orca.bpn.gov. FAR Clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (FEB 2007), and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders, Commercial Items (FEB 2008), apply to this solicitation. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions.
