Description: Removal of the existing vapor hood system and exhaust blower. Install 52" x 54" stainless steel class II hood with lights, class II exhaust blower, mua curd, and misc duct work and registers. A grease filter must be located in the protruding area of the hood. The vent hood will be installed above an ovem/steamer. There must be a minimum of 20" clearence between the top oven and lowest portion of the vent hood.
