- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security, DHS, Office of Procurement Operations has a requirement to upgrade and maintain proprietary software (hotline service and warranty) for the DHS, Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A). This requirement intends to be a sole source procurement to Owl Computing Technologies Inc, 38 A Grove Street, Suite 101, Ridgefield, CT 06877-4664. The period of performance will be for a base and four option years. A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been processed for this requirement. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
