- This is a Presolicitation Notice. The Centers For Medicare & Medicaid Services will be soliciting proposals via a small business set aside acquisition from qualified Small Businesses, to award a one-year (plus four option years) contract to perform services IAW the Statement of Work entitled, "Consistency in Medcare Contractor Outreach Materials". Offerors should be capable of evaluating and explaining complex regulations and policy, producing explanation and educational materials, controlling and configuring content/overall image/message/ and work flow.. All work is to be performed of the highest quality, and under tight time constraints. All work must be 508 compliant.
