- The Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS), anticipates soliciting for proposals for fixed wing aircraft maintenance service in Colorado. A single award is anticipated and will be a firm fixed priced IDIQ contract. The solicitation, #AG-6395-S-08-0046 is to be affixed to all documents submitted in reference to this requirement. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Paper copies of the RFP and/or amendments will not be issued. The solicitation and the specifications will be made available electronically at this website only.
