- PR0017039082, NSN 1560-00-915-7380, Upper Fitting Assembly used on the CH-53D, RH-53D Helicopters. This is a definite quantity contract for 2 each in accordance with Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. P/N 65202-07002-047. Approved sources are Sikorsky Aircraft, Hicksville Machine Works and Beaver Tool & Machine Works. This item is a critical safety item (CSI). Solicitation will be Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition. There is a Government First Article Test and Production Lot Test. Delivery is 397 days after testing approvals at FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. This solicitation is replacing SPM4A708Q3431. All contractors must resubmit offers under this solicitation. Solicitation will include ABVS requirements. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
