- The purpose of amendment 3 is to answer a question. The deadline is March 26, 2008 by 5 PM EST. Question: I need a clarification of the paper specified for items 0005-0011. There is not a 20 lb NRA certified paper. NRA paper is either 44# or 90#. Answer: The National Rifle Association (NRA) has confirmed that they certify 20 pound paper. To repeat the information provided in the Solicitation for Item Numbers 0044 through 0011: the weight of the paper is 20 pound NRA certified target paper or equivalent. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-MAR-2008); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
