- Description
- The Naval Health Clinic Charleston, SC has a requirement for contractor-owned linen rental and Government-owned laundry services. Various types and quantities of items are required. Estimated contract start date is 01 Jul 2008 through 30 Jun 2009, with four one-year option periods. The solicitation will be made available to the public via posting on FedBizOps/NECO. The anticipated release date is 20 Mar 2008. Only written or electronic responses to the solicitation will be accepted. The deadline for receipt of responses will be identified on the actual solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the agency. This procurement is subject to the Service Contract Act and the place of performance is unknown. Wage determination has been requested for South Carolina Counties of Beaufort, Berkeley, Charleston, Colleton, Dorchester, Georgetown, Williamsburg. The Contracting Officer will request wage determinations for additional localities if asked to do so in writing within 10 days prior to the solicitation closing date. This procurement is being conducted under FAR 13.5 Commercial Item Test Program. The NECO website has a ?submit bid? button next to the solicitation number. DO NOT use the ?submit bid? button on NECO to submit your proposal. When submitting electronic proposals, offerors shall attach and submit via email.
