Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure, on a competitive basis, Technique Control Modulator (TCM), 4 Types of TCM configuration Kits and Engineering, Technical and Repair support services in accordance with NAWCWD Statement of Work and NAVAIR Envelope drawings 1611AS12320 (TCM), 1611AS13071 (TCM Kit 1), 1611AS13072 (TCM Kit 2), 1611AS13073 (TCM Kit 3) and 1611AS13074 (TCM Kit 4). The TCM is a seven slot VME-3U chassis with power and signal conditioning. When the various configurations of commercial and custom VME-3U circuit cards are installed in the chassis, the TCM forms the basis for the multiple RF threat simulators. Pricing of the TCM and TCM Kits shall be on a fixed price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) basis and pricing for the Engineering, Technical and Repair support services shall be on a time and material basis. A minimum of 1 unit will be ordered at contract award, and a maximum of 1,450 units between the TCM and various kits may be ordered over the five-year period of performance. Delivery of all units shall be FOB destination to Naval Air Station, Point Mugu, CA, beginning no later than 270 days after the effective date of the delivery order at a rate no less than 4 units per month. This requirement is a 100 per cent small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
