- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. A written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be available. The solicitation number is N00259-08-T-0083. It is issued for reference only. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-22. It is the contractors responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at www.arnet.gov and www.acq.osd.mil. This is an unrestricted solicitation. The NAICS code is 811219. The contractor shall provide CLIN: 0001: Labor to disconnect and remove six (6) Panoramic X-Ray from the existing facility to modular. Also disconnect from modular back to the refurbished facility. Include s calibration after move assuming all installation requirements have been met (networking of PANS, Cable drops, move of computer not included)., Qty: 0002, U/I: EACH, U/P:_________; EXTENDED AMOUNT:______________. CLIN: 0002: PAN CALIBRATION KIT, P/N: 50970/2900300, MFR: PLANMECA, Qty: 0001, U/I: EACH, U/P:_________; CLIN: 0003: CARRY HANDLES LEFT, RIGHT, P/N: 50985, MFR: PLANMECA Qty: 0001, U/I: EACH, U/P:_________; CLIN: 0004: LABOR TO DISCONNECT AND RECONNECT 47 ADEC PKGS to include chair unit and light from the existing facility and reconnect to modular. Also disconnect from modular and reconnect to the refurnished facility. Assuming all installation requirements are fulfilled (backing, electrical, VAC lines, compressed air lines, angle stops, and water). Manpower will be allocated for by Dental Clinic for physical move of disconnected equipment covered in this move from existing facility to modular and from modular to refurbished facility excluding six (6) Panoramic X-Ray which manpower will be allocated for by the contractor, Qty: 0002, U/I: EACH ,U/P:_________; EXTENDED AMOUNT:_______________.
