- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation located in Mills, Wyoming is contracting for service to provide labor and material to apply herbicides to Reclamation lands at Seminoe Reservoir. The treatment area includes lands on the upper reaches of the Medicine Bow Arm of Seminoe Reservoir. A SITE VISIT FOR PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS WILL BE HELD WEDNESDAY, APRIL 2, 2008 AT 10:00 AM at the Medicine Bow Arm Boat Ramp. The boat ramp is located in Sec. 26, T24N, R83W, in Carbon County. Prospective bidders may call Tim Meyer at 307-261-5626 for further directions. Request for Quotations (RFQ) package is anticipated to be available on or around March 21, 2008. Quotations should be received on or before April 11, 2008, at the office of the Bureau of Reclamation, Wyoming Area Office, P.O. Box 1630, Mills WY 82644. You MUST fax a request for the RFQ package with your Federal tax identification number and Duns and Bradstreet on the request to 307-261-5691, Attn: Tonya A. Pittsley. The completion date is September 30, 2008. Contractor will be able to begin work around June 15, 2008. The NACIS code is 541690. The small business size standard is $6.5 million. Simplified acquisition procedures are being used.
