- DESCRIPTION: Outdoor vests, fleece lined, wind proof water resistant outer shell, 2 front pockets. LOCATION: Vests to be delivered to Cheyenne Wyoming. This Project has a magnitude estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a 100% small business set-aside. A performance period of 30 calendar days with a completion date no later than May 30, 2008. With an estimated start date on April 14, 2008. Solicitation issued on March 7, 2008.
