- The Office of Information Operations, Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), intends to award a sole source acquisition, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(ii) (A) & (B), 10 U.S.C. 2304(d) (1) (A) and 41 U.S.C. 253(d) (1) (A) to: Incumbent, Adventos, LLC 4643 South Ulster Street, Suite 800 Denver, CO 80237-4300 Contractor will complete projects, as detailed in the statement of work, under the initial purchase order. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. However, this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within five days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be reviewed. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
