E-MAIL: ( margie.agnew@us.army.mil ). ***TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED***< BR> System: MLRS, PRON: D1839611, NSN: 1055-01-338-7724, APN: 13027080, QTY: 8 ea, NOUN: BEAM ASSEMBLY. Destination to be furnished. This requirement requires one (1) each, first article for testing. Destination to be furnished. The Delivery S chedule is 240 days after contract award (75 days for delivery of first article, 90 days first article testing and 75 days for delivery of production quantity). Required delivery is 90 days after contract award. Offerors must be approved and qualified. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Suggest those small business firms or o thers interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, make contact with the firm(s) listed. RFQ will be issued to: SEI MANUFACTURING, INC., DBA SHIN ENTERPRISE, 171 NICK FITCHEARD RD, NEW, HUNTSVILLE, AL 35806-3901 (Cage Code 0FCR8) and AC, INC., 1085 JORDAN ROAD, PO BOX 17069, HUNTSVILLE, AL 35810 (Cage Code 17029). All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency, request solicitation package from address above, Attn: AMSAM-AC-DL-M A, FAX Number 256-955-7737. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cm o/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Missile Requirements (AMCOM pamphlet 702-1) and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Missile Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agen cy. Drawings, specifications, or other technical data are not available and will not be furnished.
