- The US Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), Pentagon, on behalf of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format i n Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be separately issued. This requirement is to supp ort the office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army (DASA) which is responsible for the procurement of all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide non-personal technical support service in the con centrated areas of cost and economic analysis of major weapon systems, electronics and communications,information management systems programs and associated acquisition/financial management policies and procedures. A written RFP, PWS will be posted for do wnload on the CCE Homepage at http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/rfp1.asp, reference W91WAW-08-R-0030 entitled Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Inteligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Support. This RFP is 100% Small Business Se t-Aside with annual revenue of $6.0 million the NAICS code is 541690. A Firm-Fixed Price single award is intended. The Period of Performance for the base year is twelve (12) months, after award of contract with four (4) Options periods, each for twelve (12) months.
