- ASFI Announcement: SOLICITATION NO: W911SF-08-R-0005 Services, materials, labor, and equipment to provide Translation services. Services include but not limited to translating selected units of Command and General Staff Officer Course (CGS OC) coursework from English to Spanish language. The material to be translated will be non-technical and semi-technical military educational materials in electronic format. The courseware will include text, graphs, maps, diagrams, and pictures. This requi rement is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. The NAICS code is 541930, size standard $6.5 million dollars meaning the annual average gross revenue of the concern for the last three fiscal years must not exceed $6.5 million dollars.
