- Z- Construct FCA NHCU Cultural Changes Furnish all labor, materials, equipment to "Construct FCA NHCU Cultural Changes" for VAMC Mountain Home, TN in accordance with drawings and specifications as specified herein. 1. This solicitation is for VA24908IB0134 for providing Construct FCA. 2. Any references relating to VA24908IB0035 are not in effect. 3. There is no amendment #9 in regard to Solicitation V24908IB0134. 4. Specification 16763 Closed Circuit Television is not effective. 5. Delete the Table of contents. Each specification has their individual page numbers per their individual sections listed separately. 6. There are 32 out of 32 drawings. E-7 drawing should state 31 out of 32 drawings P1 should state 32 out of 32 drawings.
