Description
This is not a solicitation announcement, this is a sources sought notice only. The following describes an overview regarding the requirements for patient focused advisory and assistance services. This sources sought neither constitutes a request for quote, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. This sources sought should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. It is a request for information from sources that may be able to provide the services described herein. The VA Medical Center located Battle Creek, Michigan (BCVAMC) is seeking potential sources to provide advisory and assistance services to improve patient and employee satisfaction with the BCVAMC. Requirements shall include onsite and telephone advisory sessions, space planning and architectural improvement assistance, data collection and analysis, patient education about treatments and services, consultations with BCVAMC medical staff concerning environment of care, staff education and training, leadership development retreats, and detailed project management plans outlining the assistance to be provided. Patient satisfaction improvement strategies (to include staff and patients) shall include focus groups, pre and post implementation satisfaction surveys and monitoring, post discharge patient satisfaction polling, and informative literature to assist patients in becoming more involved with their medical care. The proven ability to collect and analyze progress assessment information and tailor facility specific plans for improvement will be critical to meeting these requirements. Information must include a list of similar contracts that have been performed within the past five years including name and phone number of contact person for each contract. Please provide any information that will demonstrate your company's ability and expertise to perform the services described herein.
