- Description
- Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for project 538-08-108, entitled Roof and Gutter Repairs, Building 18 at VAMC, Chillicothe, Ohio, as required by drawings and specifications. Work to be completed with 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Plans and specifications will be available on Fedbizopps website on or about April 3, 2008. Hard copies will be available upon written request to the Contracting Officer and may be faxed to 740-772-7008. Phone calls will not be accepted. Estimated cost range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be scheduled at a later date by the Contracting Officer. This Solicitation is 100% Set-side for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small business contractors. NAICS 238160.
