- Description
- This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Concern. The Government intends to award a contract for annual preventive maintenance for the back flow prevention devices for the entire facility at St. Albans VA Extended Care Center, 179th & Linden Boulevard, St. Albans, New York 11425. This procurement shall be procured and awarded using the commercial item procedures. The term of the contract shall be from Date of award through September 30, 2008 with a Government option to extend the term of the contract for (4) additional one year periods. The applicable NAICS Code is 238220. Potential offerors may obtain a copy of the solicitation VA-243-08-RQ-0167 documents on line. In order to maintain the integrity of this solicitation and subsequent award dated, all offerors are advised that questions must be submitted in written form via mail, fax (718) 741-4722, or by E-mail to the contracting officer gregory.vogt@va.gov and shall be received no later than March 21, 2008. Proposal documents will be available on or about March 26, 2008. All responsible offerors are invited to submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
