- The U.S. Coast Guard will issue a solicitation for Collection and Disposal of Untreated Waste Water at the Coast Guard Housing Facility, Point Reyes, CA and transport to the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center, Petaluma, CA all in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The solicitation is for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items shall be used as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The proposed acquisition is Restricted for 100% Small Businesses. Offers are being requested under Solicitation HSCG89-08-R 6CS348. The NAICS code is 562119. The Small Business Size Standard is $11.5 million. The contract performance period will be 01 October 2008 through 30 September 2009, with four one year options, if exercised. The resultant contract under this solicitation will be firm fixed price. The solicitation will be available to download from this site on/or about 3 June 2008, and will close on/or about. NO VERBAL REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. All Offerors must register and complete the online Representation and Certification Application (ORCA) at www.bpn.gov. Offerors must register and have an active record in Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov and have an active record in Market Partner Identification Number (MPIN). The FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certification ? Commercial Items applies to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. Offerors who are not registered with CCR may be considered non-responsive and may not be considered in the evaluation.
