- Description
- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) Land Detachment SMSG will be soliciting requests for proposals from business entities interested in supporting worldwide demand of various Federal Stock Class (5340) fully competitive Access Cover items. Solicitation SPM5L5-08-R-0055 is being issued to support this initiative for depot stock replenishment. This initiative will fall under FAR Part 13.5 Test Program for certain Commercial Items procedures. Radio Frequency Identification is required. The initial solicitation will require pricing for 45 core NSNs only. The delivery requirement will be 90 days. To obtain a copy of the drawings for the Access Covers Solicitation after opening, access the C file located on the following website: http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. Vendors may either click on the Tech Docs icon next to the solicitation number on the DIBBS RFP/IFB screen or they may log directly into c folders and then search for specific solicitations. Once into C file vendors will use the same navigation procedures that are currently used to access Request for Quotation (RFQ) technical data.
