- This acquisition is for nonpersonal services to provide all personnel, supervision, and any items necessary to perform full food service for three (3) dining facilities, one (1) central preparation kitchen and one (1) flight kitchen located at Keesler AFB, MS all in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The proposed period of performance is 1 Oct 07 ? 30 Sep 08 with four one year option periods, the total period of performance will not exceed 66 months. The acquisition will be 100% set aside for Small Business with allowance for the State License Agency (SLA) under the Randolph Sheppard Act to submit a proposal. NOTE: IN ACCORADANCE WITH DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE DIRECTIVE 1125.3 AND AFI 34-206, VENDING FACILITY PROGRAM FOR THE BLIND ON AIR FORCE PROPERTY WHICH IMPLEMENTS THE RANDOLPH SHEPPARD ACT, IF THE SLA SUBMITS A PROPOSAL THAT IS WITHIN THE FINAL COMPETITIVE RANGE ESTABLISHED BY THE CONTRACTING OFFICER, NEGOTIATIONS ARE TO BE ACCOMPLISHED DIRECTLY WITH SLA. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 722310 and the applicable small business size standard is $19,000,000.00. The tentative solicitation issue date is 3 July 07, and will be available via http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Any interested party unable to access and download the solicitation may contact the contract specialist for instructions. Copies of the solicitation are not available for mailing. All responsible Small Business sources and SLA may submit a proposal which shall be considered. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation. All prospective offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registry prior to award with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at website, http://www.ccr.gov.
