- Description
- Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate and award a contract modification to Contract N00019-04-C-0569 for the acquisition of Production Verification Tests, Functional Ground Tests and Operational Test Launch Flight tests missile modifications for the Tomahawk Block IV missile. This shall include pre-test, test and post-test support. NAVAIR intends to award this effort to Raytheon Company, P.O. Box 11337, Tucson, Arizona 85734-1337. Raytheon is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and integrator of the Tomahawk Block IV missile. As such, Raytheon is the only known source that possesses the unique expertise, proprietary data, manufacturing equipment and facilities required to perform this effort in the required timeframe. Notes 22 and 26 apply.
