Description: This requirement is a proposed contract for two (2) time-chartered tractor-like tugs to support the Submarine Base at New London, CT. The services required are to assist naval vessels transiting, docking and undocking in New London and surrounding waters. The charter is for a firm period of 365 days with four options of one year each. The firm period begins 01 October 2008 and ends 30 September 2009. Option 4 ends 30 September 2013.
