- ERDC Contracting Office, has a requirement to furnish all necessary labor, equipment, supplies and materials necessary for Inspection, Testing and Maintenance of the 115kv Electrical Substation at the ERDC, 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg, Mississip pi 39180-6199.
