- TACOM Life Cycle Management Command-RI intends to negotiate on sole source basis with Mason City Business Systems, INC., 123 1st Street SE, Mason City, IA 50401 for Konica Minolta Bizhub 200 copiers and maintenance to be located at the following site s: Iowa Army Ammunition Plant in Middletown Iowa; Radford Army Ammunition Plant in Radford Virginia; Milan Army Ammunition Plant in Milan Tennessee; Scranton Army Ammunition Plant in Scranton Pennsylvania; Lake City Army Ammunition Plant in Independence Missouri. Acquisition is being conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302-1- Only one responsible source and no other supplies/services will satisfy the agency requirement. This notice is neither a request nor an invitation for quote. However, all infor mation received by the close of business on 3/14/2008 will be considered by the government. Information received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this will be entirely at the discretion of the Government. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in preparation of responses to this a nnouncement.
