- PRON: AX8Q0200AXAX, NSN: 5340-01-396-1358, PN: 406-070-107(-103), Quantity: 20 each, applicable to the OH-58D. F.O.B Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 20 each due 274 Days Aft er Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. CAGE Code 97499 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encou raged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR).
