- PRON: AX8Q0201AXAX, NSN: 1680-01-500-7205, PN: H57-43001(-12), Quantity: 269 each, applicable to the OH-58D. F.O.B Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 269 each due 82 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Aeronautical Accessories Inc., CAGE Code 60762 because the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequ ate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible f or award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.m il/cmo/ and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted depende nt upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
