- Description
- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the Department of Navy intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, to Labor Solutions International, 4191 Crescent Drive, Suite A, St. Louis, MO 63129 to provide Workplace Time and Attendance software, maintenance and implementation support services to the Department of Defense. This notice o f intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. The determination not to compete this proposed solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent may result in a Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity hybrid contract with Firm-Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursement contract line items for a Period of Performance of twelve (12) months beginning on or about 31 March 2008 through 30 March 2009 with three (3) twelve (12) month Option Periods. Interested Small Businesses who are certified and qualified as a small business concern under NAICS code 541512 with a Size Standard of $23 million dollars may submit capabilities packages to the Contract Officer, Ms. Annette Vaughn at annette.vaughn@hqda.army.mil no later than 19 March 2008, 10:00am EST.
