- Sole Source: The United States Army Contracting Agency, Southern Region, Yuma Directorate of Contracting, Yuma Proving Ground (YPG), Yuma, Arizona, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Laser Techniques Company (LTC), LLC, 14508 NE 20th Street, Bellevue, Washington, 98007. This requirement is for an Add-On 50MM Laser Sensor Kit for YPG LBIS- 20MM System. This Add-On Sensor Kit must conform to the fit, form and function of the existing LTC software and hardware currently in use at YPG. LTC is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and holds proprietary data rights on the existing system being utilized at YPG. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The Statement of Work (SOW) can be found on the following web site: http://www.yuma.army.mil/contracting/RFP on or about 13 March 2008. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses other than the above source may identify their interest and capabilities to perform the requirement by submitting a proposal via email or facsimile with complete mailing address, point of contact, phone number, facsimile number, business size and shall be clearly marked with solicitation number W9124R-08-T-1022.
