- Description
- The Veterans Affairs North Texas Health Care Systems (VANTHCS) located at 4500 S Lancaster Road, Dallas, Texas intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 for a sole source contract with Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. for Gold Maintenance Agreement on the Siemens Sonata MRI. The contract shall provide preventive maintenance, inspections, emergency repairs, software and equipment services to include but not limited to labor, supervision, management and transportation to perform all task as specified. All work is to be performed in accordance with the guidelines established by Federal, State and local ordinances, with the Manufacturer's Service Manual, and Quality Control Manual with all terms, conditions, provisions, schedules and specifications provided herein. Period of performance shall be a base year with two (2) one-year options.
