- Description
- The VA Network 22 Logistic Office intends to negotiate a sole source procurement (VA 691-08-2-1600-0011) in accordance with Far Part 13 with Zaiga Technologies Inc. under authority of Far 6.302-1. This procurement is for an upgrade to the current Allof tracking software. Zaiga Technologies is the sole provider that developed the proprietary tracking software. Since this company develops and maintains the software, no other source would have the source code needed to continue support for the software application. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements by submitting their request in writing with complete name, address, telephone and fax numbers, and a point of contact. The Government will consider all quotes received by 12:00 PM, March 17, 2008. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
