- Description
- The US Dept of Housing and Urban Development is issuing a Request for Quotations (RFQ) R81AH0011 for an indefinite quantity purchase order under FAR Simplified Acquisition Procedures for repair and renovation inspections for FHA insured multifamily apartment buildings in Eastern MA (Counties of Essex, Middlesex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Plymouth, Barnstable, Bristol and eastern Worcester). The proposed purchase order is for one year with an option for an additional year with an estimated usage of 300 inspections (approx 50 task orders with average of 6 inspections each). The maximum of all task orders shall not exceed cumulative $100,000. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Hubzone businesses. The North American Industry Classification is 541310 with a size standard of $4.5 million average annual receipts. The RFQ will be available on or about 15 days and quotations on or about 25 days after this notice is posted in Fedbizopps. The solicitation will be posted to HUD internet page at http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/contract.cfm. Potential quoters who download copies of the solicitation will not automatically receive amendments to the solicitation. You are advised to check back frequently to see if amendments have been issued to the solicitation you have obtained. All amendments will be posted to the Fedbizopps and HUD contracting opportunities web page.
