- The U.S. Coast Guard has a requirement for a Not-To-Exceed repair requirement of the following items: (1) NSN 5825-01-471-7053, Loran Receiver, LRS-III-D, Qty 7 each. The manufacturer is Locus, Inc., 5540 Research Park Drive, Fitchberg Center, Madison, WI 53711 and the Coast Guard ELC intends on obtaining pricing directly from Locus, Inc. NOTE: NO DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS OR SCHEMATIC ARE AVAILABLE FROM THIS AGENCY!! Quotations shall include, price for line item, proposed delivery in days (after receipt of order), your company Tax ID number and DUNS Number. Pricing shall include INDIVIDUAL PACKAGING in accordance with ASTM D 3951 and marking and bar coding shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-129. Delivery shall be FOB Destination, USCG Engineering Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Receiving Room Bldg. 88, Baltimore, MD 21226.
