Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item. This requirement is set aside for small businesses. The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Brunswick (Glynco), Georgia is seeking to PROCURE ON BEHALF OF THE IMMIGRATION CUSTOMS ENFORCEMENT (ICE)ACADEMY Guest Lecturers. The vendor will be providing services for four (4) class dates. The dates will be confirmed after award. Each offeror is required to enter in https://orca.bpn.gov its certifications and representations required by provision FAR 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. FAR Clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 are applicable to this solicitation. The following clauses are checked: FAR 52.219-6,52-219-8, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52-222-35, 52-222-36, 52-222-37, 52.222-41, Service Contract Act (Wage Determination is 2005-2115, rev 4, 05/29/2007 is applicable to this solicitation), 52.225-13, 52.232-33.
