- Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work is noxious weed control services at various sites in the states of Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. This will be handled as a commercial service requirement in accordance with FAR 12 and 13. All offeror???s must complete all portions of each section of the solicitation package and send copies of their licenses for all the states referenced above as well as be registered in the databases as indicated on the cover letter to be considered for award. This solicitation will be issued electronically on or about March 7, 2008 on the following site: http://e-center.doe.gov/ Interested Offeror???s may e-mail parshall@wapa.gov and gutierre@wapa.gov or fax 970 461-7377 to request the Specifications, however they will be posted on the above mentioned website. Note: all responses to this RFQ shall be mailed to Western Area Power Administration, 5555 E. Crossroads Blvd., Attn: J1531, Loveland, CO. 80538 8986 and must be received on or before the deadline of March 18, 2008 at 1:00 PM MST. Information hours are between 7AM and 3PM MT Monday through Friday by calling Frances Gutierrez 970 461-7208.
